How do I place an order?
Add what you love to your cart, then head to checkout. Shipping is calculated there, so you'll see the full cost before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
An item shows as sold out. What can I do?
Sold-out items can't be added to the cart. Join our VIP Meow List for early access and special drops, or contact us and ask about an item you're hoping for.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can with your order details, and we'll do our best to help.
Can I return my kit?
Contact us Because every kit contains treats and this year's limited Founding Coin, all sales are final and we can't accept returns. If anything about your order doesn't feel right, please message us. We care about every member of our Celebrity Cat family and will always listen.

Are your products safe for my cat?
We choose every item with your cat's happiness in mind. As with any new toy, watch your cat while they get to know it, and ask us if you have a question about a specific product.
